Description:

Terminus is seeking a recent graduate for a full-time Junior Digital Creative Strategist position. This individual’s primary responsibilities will include developing high quality graphic designs on behalf of Terminus customers utilizing brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will create eye appealing digital display ads for our customers’ multi-channel campaigns within our Advertising Operations team.



The right candidate will:

Have a strong interest in digital advertising
Design dynamic visual designs, concepts, and layouts
Prepare high-quality, production-ready artwork in a fast-paced environment
Develop a thorough understanding of setting up and running mobile, video, and display campaigns
Comfortable writing copy for ad creative as needed
Have a clean and clear visual sensibility and an eye for detail
Help create customer facing presentations utilizing PowerPoint and Google Slides
Willingness and desire to learn and grow quickly in a startup environment
Become an expert on our product and be able to passionately explain how Terminus can make an impact for our customers’ businesses
What it takes to be successful:

Positive, supportive, and self-starting
Ability to quickly output high volumes of creative ads
Adaptable and energetic team player in a collaborative environment
Comfortable with feedback on design concepts
Comfortable using HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
Have a strong interest in programmatic advertising
Learn fast and be open to working on different tasks in a fast-paced environment
Become an expert on analyzing advertising campaigns, ad creative, and compiling reports on campaign performance as needed
Develop a thorough understanding of launching mobile, video, and display campaigns
Build technical skills and marketing knowledge
Become an expert on our product and be able to passionately explain how Terminus can make an impact for our customers’ businesses
