Training and Engagement Manager at Total Expert

Total Expert is a tech start-up that is focused on providing the very first fully integrated central hub for marketing, sales and collaboration across the real estate and mortgage industries.

We are looking for a quick learner who can grasp complicated concepts and products and communicate complex information clearly, logically, and succinctly in writing and verbally. The person in this position is responsible for conducting both internal and customer-facing training on Total Expert’s software product. The successful candidate must enjoy learning, communicating, and empowering others by increasing their knowledge and skills.

What you’ll be doing

Develop, update, and revise multi-media instructional materials and training programs to meet business needs. Handle and distribute materials, maintain and update departmental and multiple systems training information.
Deliver training sessions for individuals or groups in a classroom or work setting including online video campaigns.
Monitor and solicit feedback from participants and others to update, revise and improve course content, delivery methods and training program effectiveness
Work with project manager for scheduling dates, documenting participation, ordering breakfast & lunch, manage training rooms and work with IT to assure all equipment is in working order.
Writes easy to understand training aids incusing manuals and online learning modules, user guides, and course materials
May require up to 50% travel
Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of mortgage or real estate industry experience
Strong writing and communication skills, clear training delivery
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
