We are the Growth Services Team at Infusionsoft and we’re searching for a Business Manager, Payments. The Payments Business Manager plays a key role on Infusionsoft’s Growth Services team by acting as the general manager for the service. This includes setting the strategy and priorities, and partnering cross-functionally on execution. In order to accomplish the goals we’ve set, we need someone who will strike the perfect balance between strategy, creation, and precise execution with room for iteration. The Work

Define and execute the Payments vision, strategy and plan to drive partner and small business customer success as measured by active usage and customer health score
Drive net customer and revenue growth with payment solutions that solve customer problems with jaw dropping delight and competition crushing capabilities
Work cross-departmentally to develop collaborative, results oriented relationships that contribute to creating a successful business and high performing team as measured by GPTW and the Infusionite Engagement Index
Daily Duties

Execute the payments strategy and move the business forward on a daily basis
Own the revenue goals and overall performance of the payments business portfolio
Be the customer and business expert on the Infusionsoft payment strategy, customers, competitors and product solution
Manage the relationship with strategic partners to include the partner behind Infusionsoft Payments
Define changes that make payments incredibly easy for customers to sign up for and use; extend our payment capabilities in order to drive additional revenue
Partner cross-functionally throughout the organization (product, engineering, customer success, legal, marketing etc.) to get things done - whether that be product improvements or market expansion
Establish the necessary reporting processes to manage performance and track progress against key initiatives and deliverables
This is a challenging and far-reaching role, and the right candidate will have the tenacity and grit to drive substantial change with the customer as their guide
Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Business Management; MBA preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience in the FinTech, SaaS, or payment technology space
Experience managing strategic partners with a demonstrated ability to grow relationships
Experience developing and managing revenue models, budgets and delivering against business goals and objectives
