THE WORK (Big 3):

Actively participate in the monthly and quarterly Financial Close process delivering assigned reports and metrics on time and with accuracy.
Provide regular and ongoing budget and ad hoc analysis support to VP’s and Exec across the business as well as participate in the delivery of weekly dashboards and operational reporting.
Own, manage and improve on portions of the quarterly and annual expense budgeting and forecasting process

Work with the finance, internal systems and accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting of operational and financial metrics
Support the corporate FP&A function by being an integral participant in daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reporting package creation
Be a partner for budget owners and business leaders to provide insights related to budget and cash projections
Advise on performance and organization optimization opportunities
Gain an in depth understanding of our cost center, department and general ledger account structure by learning how to use our systems (NetSuite, Adaptive and SalesForce) and reporting packages
Participate in teams across business functions to effectively accomplish project objectives
Actively participate in the P&L, and Cash Flow quarterly forecast and annual planning processes

Being a self-starter with strong initiative is a must — must be able to drive and follow through on getting clear on problems and possible solutions
Must approach solving problems with a “how can we make it happen” mentality
Thrives with change and evolving plans based on business growth, new insights, and circumstances
Transparently evaluate and communicate progress towards goals
Excellent analytical, deductive, and problem solving skills required
Strategic innovator that creates effective solutions to operational challenges
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding presentation skills required
Proficient in Excel, large sets of data and a working knowledge of statistics
Experience with database, analytics, CRM and office tools
Must be able to learn new tools, concepts quickly
Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance, Economics, Statistics, IS, Analytics or related field
0-2 years of experience in Corporate FP&A or Finance role
