Description: Work with the Director of Sales Enablement to develop and implement the training, content, processes, practices and tools needed to support a high performing and diverse group of salespeople, customer success professionals and professional services consultants for a Marketing SaaS product. Work collaboratively with company leadership, sales, marketing, partners and other key stakeholders to increase sales results and productivity.
Responsibilities: Create, manage and maintain training for sales including: classroom learning, eLearning and training. Work with the CRM administrator to support changes, improvements and updates to Salesforce. Generate reporting at the request of sales. Maintain the content repository and sales playbooks. Collaborate with many different teams and personalities to achieve mutually beneficial results. Become an expert in our technology solution and have awareness of updates and changes and how those might affect the sales process and materials. Collect metrics on various aspects of sales and sales enablement to confirm execution and measure effectiveness of changes.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and see projects through to completion. Schedule and maintain a calendar of training for onboarding and current team members.
