Inbound Sales Development Representative at Terminus

Terminus is looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our team. This position plays a key role in qualifying and converting inbound leads for our team of Account Executives. As a fast-growing startup, Terminus offers an incredible opportunity for an Inbound SDR to learn, grow, and be part of building our company and culture.

Responsiblities

    • Engage with prospects that sign up for a demo, request a call, live chat or download content and convey the value of Terminus
    • Qualify sales leads by conducting discovery calls with prospects
    • Convert qualified inquiries into opportunities and set meetings on Account Executive’s calendars
    • Become an expert at using Salesforce and SalesLoft Cadence to organize and maximize prospecting efforts into target accounts
    • Update prospect interaction and build complete account profiles salesforce.com to ensure efficient account and activity management
    • Determine which cadences and nurture tracks to place prospect inquiries in and follow up accordingly
    • Connect with target prospects using industry best practices across email, phone, and social channels
    • Be an expert on our product and able to passionately explain how Terminus can make an impact on our customers’ businesses
    • Exceed monthly and quarterly quotas of qualified demonstrations set

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 1+ years of experience in a sales role
    • Ability to speak with CEOs, VP’s, Directors, and ask thought-provoking questions
    • Strong phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Highly organized and strong time management skills
    • Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment with minimal direction
    • Hustle and persistence
