Terminus is searching for a Digital Strategist with a background in programmatic advertising. In this role, you will be leading the strategy and account management for all programmatic campaigns across multiple clients. You'll be responsible for developing strategy, analysis, and performing optimizations of your programmatic campaigns with the goal of driving successful KPI delivery, ensuring accurate targeting, and leveraging different data sets within our DSP for campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

    • Actively manage and optimize a high-volume of campaigns and ensure all performance metrics are meeting KPI goals
    • Perform frequent campaign optimizations with a thorough understanding of Cookie and IP targeting, as well as an in-depth understanding of 1st and 3rd party data to ensure the quality and accuracy of campaign data
    • Collaborate with Director of Digital Strategy on recommendations for executing/improving campaigns and to identify innovative programmatic solutions
    • Pinpoint trends in the data from our DSP and analytics suites/dashboards and turn them into actionable insights
    • Time management/Organizational Skills, prioritization, and a strong collaboration with Customer Success Managers to ensure successful campaign performance

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; marketing, advertising, or business degree preferred
    • 1+ years of programmatic and/or digital advertising experience (advertising campaigns, paid search, etc.)
    • 1+ years of hands-on experience in DSPs (preferably The Trade Desk) and familiarity with viewability measurement tools (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify). LinkedIn Sponsored content knowledge is a plus
    • Experience with ad serving solutions and tag management is a plus
    • Knowledge and experience in research methodology & data analysis
    • Experience with marketing technologies such as Google AdWords and Google Analytics
    • Be able to learn fast and be open to working on different tasks in a fast-paced environment
