About the Role:
 
In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the HR function at Cybrary including recruiting, organizational development, and benefits program management. As the organization grows, we expect you to grow with it by developing and heading an HR department that supports our evolving needs.

Recruiting:

    • Take the lead on attracting exceptional talent to Cybrary
    • Manage relationships with external recruiters and agencies
    • Work with hiring managers to define needs and coordinate recruiting and interview processes
    • Ensure candidates move through the interview process in a timely manner, are followed up with, and have an overall positive experience
    • Lead negotiations with candidates
    • Develop on-boarding program for new employees

Organizational Development:

    • Collaborate with leadership on planning the growth and organizational structure of the Cybrary team
    • Help organize company-wide events and training programs, such as all-hands meetings and off-sites
    • Develop and oversee a performance review and professional development process for the company
    • Support the setting, measuring, and reviewing of team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and individual Northstar Metrics (NSMs)

Benefits Program Management:

    • Continuously enhance Cybrary’s benefits program, including everything from financial benefits to wellness and workplace benefits for employees
    • Lead sourcing and negotiations with current and new benefits services providers
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations on benefits and compensation programs
    • Manage relationships with all external benefits service providers
