We're looking for intermediate to senior full-stack, frontend, and mid-tier software engineers to buildout the next generation of our web-based platform using JavaScript, React, PHP, Laravel, and other technologies/frameworks. We want technologists who will drive innovation and embrace pragmatic solutions to technical problems. We want UI developers with a keen eye for design and a desire to simplify and delight their users. We want engineers who can see the big picture and take stewardship of getting us there one step at a time.

    • Ship high quality, maintainable, extensible code on time in adherence to our SDLC, best practices, design/style guides, etc.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to distill problems, design solutions, and ultimately take ownership over their implementation
    • Perform design and code reviews
    • Provide constructive, actionable feedback to members of the Engineering team
    • Support and maintain production systems when alerts are escalated to the Engineering team
    • Participate in retrospectives, objective setting, and other team meetings
    • Meet personal and team objectives
    • Interview, evaluate, and recruit engineering candidates


    • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience developing complex, highly scalable web applications
    • Experience with one or more of JavaScript, React, PHP, Laravel
    • Experience with AWS
    • Passionate about good software engineering and honing your craft
    • Creative problem solver who strives to figure out how something can be accomplished
    • Proven ability to lead and/or work as part of a cross-functional software development team
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Avid learner looking for an opportunity to grow personally and professionally
    • Live in the Baltimore-Washington, D.C. Metro Area
